To Begin Building Muscle it's all about the basics. Whether you're a seasoned veteran or a newbie to the game...you'll find it worth your time to read-up on the basics of building muscle.


Long before this website was even a thought...I've been passionate about weight training, and on a quest for the "perfect body". Although we would like to look as pumped-up as Jay Cutler - Mr. Olympia 2007, or super model Heidi Clum!...but lets face it, unless you have the time, endorsements, and genetics...you won't be able to attain these kinds of drastic results over night without some real kind of effort and hard work.


I'm by no means an expert personal trainer or a professional bodybuilder. In a lot of ways I consider myself just like yourself...the reader. I'm just like you in that I have a passion for building muscle, and seek the best possible information to reach my goals in a reasonable amount of time.

My love with bodybuilding started out of a need to bulk-up a little during high school. I was a very skinny kid and I knew I would have to start weight lifting if I wanted to add a bit of meat to my bones. So I immersed myself into books and countless hours in the gym. Not to mention the small fortune I paid on bodybuilding supplements.


Over the years I have learned to listen to my body...and as a result, I have been able to reach my fitness goals. You're probably wondering how the heck this applies to you! Well for starters...your either where I used to be a few years back, or you're at or beyond where I am today. Either way it doesn't matter because the BASICS never change. Stick to the BASICS, and you'll achieve all your fitness goals.


This sites purpose is to keep it as simple and real as possible. I will do my best to remove all the fluff and over-statements found so often in the bodybuilding industry today. Coupled with all the "need to know" information, I know this site will deliver a power-house of content that will help you attain your fitness goals.
